BAMBOO COURT – Restaurant

Bamboo Court cooks Chinese-American standards on 21st Street in Vero Beach, a neighbourhood kitchen geared to takeout and quick weekday lunches. The midday board runs to roughly forty dishes, each landing with roast pork fried rice plus a soda or egg drop soup. The full card is the familiar long one: egg foo young, chow mein, lo mein, mei fun, sweet and sour plates, combination platters and a house specialty section, with General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour pork and beef with broccoli among the regular pulls. Closed Mondays, and the doors stay open until ten on Friday and Saturday.
