Vero Beach's Miracle Mile picked up a dessert counter in 2024, and Butter Cup opens at one in the afternoon and runs to nine, which tells you exactly what it is for. The gelato is churned on site across an unusually wide spread of bases: traditional dairy, yogurt, custard, cheesecake, vegan and sugar-free. Around it sit French-leaning pastries, cupcakes, crepes, croissants and made-to-order cakes, with coffee and affogato for the afternoon slump. Pastry chef Paty took Best Chef of the Year at the Treasure Coast Foodie's 2026 Golden Fork Awards, and her dulce de leche cake is the house signature.
