BAMBOO WOK – Restaurant
New York-style Chinese takeout parked in a Sebastian Boulevard plaza, cooking in 100% vegetable oil and saying so plainly on the door. The chef's specials are where it gets interesting: bourbon chicken, dragon and phoenix, four seasons, happy family, triple crown, seafood delight and a house special pan-fried noodle. Everything else is the familiar canon done straight, from egg foo young and Singapore rice noodles to sesame chicken, kung pao and moo goo gai pan. A steamed diet menu and lettered dinner combinations round out the card. Closed Mondays, open late on Friday and Saturday, and from noon on Sundays.
