BAMBOO WOK – Restaurant
Bamboo Wok sits in a South Jog Road plaza in Boynton Beach, cooking Hunan, Szechuan and Mandarin dishes for a steady takeout trade. Lunch runs daily from eleven to three, each plate landing with pork fried rice and a choice of soda, egg roll, egg drop or wonton soup. Starters are the classics, done properly: pan-fried dumplings, fried wontons with red sauce, cold sesame noodles in peanut butter sauce, krab rangoon, teriyaki beef and shrimp dumplings. Kung po chicken, moo goo gai pan and honey garlic chicken carry the lunch card. Closed Tuesdays, with later hours Friday and Saturday nights.
