BAR BUCCE – Restaurant
The Macchialina team's second act sits at 7220 North Miami Avenue: part pizzeria, part bottleshop, part provisions counter. Sixteen-inch pies arrive in eight slices, margherita with bufala and pecorino, amatriciana with guanciale and melted onions, a shrimp pie with rock shrimp and stracciatella, a zucchini pie with calabrese chili and egg jam. Before that, prosciutto di Parma, porchetta di casa, manchego with mango mostarda, meatballs, fried calamari, house focaccia. After five, chicken milanese and chicken parmigiana with creamy orzo. Bucce sundae and orange olive oil cake finish. Skin-contact wines, amaro-forward cocktails, a daily buy-one-get-one happy hour. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
