BAR CITRA – Restaurant

Part cafe, part bakery, part natural-wine bar, Bar Citra opens at half seven on North Ponce de Leon Boulevard and keeps going. Mornings mean sourdough and pastries with the coffee; Thursday through Saturday the room stretches into the evening and the low-intervention bottles come out, poured by the glass or carried away. Plates are built to share - deviled eggs under pickled shallots and toasted breadcrumbs, ricotta dumplings in Parmesan broth - and the vintage-leaning room suits lingering. The 2026 Michelin Guide named it a Bib Gourmand. Craft beer too. A bottle shop that also happens to cook seriously well.
