BAR FLAMENCO – Restaurant

A painted flamingo on the facade marks it out: Bar Flamenco sits inside the Hilton Garden Inn beside Dolphin Mall on NW 111th Avenue, and it is laid out as a destination rather than a lobby counter. The kitchen works a Spanish and Latin tapas list - tequenos, Peruvian-style ceviche, plates off the grill - alongside a craft cocktail programme and Latin music. The room is broken into separate areas for dining, lounging and socialising rather than one long bar. Lunch and dinner service daily, reservations taken. Handy for the outlets, and rather better than it really needs to be.
