Cuban plates anchor the board: ropa vieja, beef shredded into tomato, peppers and onions; croquetas filled with ham or chicken; half a pound of deep-fried pork skin and pork belly with lemon; frita cubana, a seasoned patty under ketchup and mustard with fries.
