The Little Havana room that traded as Bargean now runs as Calle 8 Sports Bar and Grill, same address on Southwest Eighth Street, same phone number, a wall of screens where the Latin Mediterranean dining room used to be. Ten inch sourdough pizzas carry honey pepperoni or the Guajiro with marinated chicken and avocado. Jumbo wings sit in house mojo for a day before frying, and platters like the Fourth Quarter Feast pile up tenders, empanadas and ham croquetas. The 305 shake folds Cuban espresso into dulce de leche. Five dollar wells and drafts run all day, eleven until eleven.
