Brunch all day, every day, is the whole proposition, and Cape Coral Parkway has taken to it. Barunch opens at nine and keeps the griddle going: chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, pork and grits, French toast under walnuts, and eggs Benedict built several ways, steak and salmon among them. The BELT stacks bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato, while cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches and truffle fries cover both ends of the appetite. The kitchen is run by a chef with two decades in serious restaurants, and the produce comes from local farmers' markets. Cocktails are firmly part of the plan.
