Breakfast starts at seven at The Beach Bucket, an oceanfront room on South Atlantic Avenue in Ormond Beach that has been feeding locals and visitors for more than two decades. Mornings mean omelets, and the seafood one arrives stuffed with blue crab and shrimp under hollandaise, alongside benedicts, French toast and biscuits with gravy. Later the board turns to a house tuna melt on Parmesan-crusted sourdough, shrimp and bacon panini, shrimp or fish tacos with avocado salsa, and hand-breaded shrimp baskets. Key lime pie closes it out. There is a full bar, mimosas included. Fair prices, plainly stated, no theatre.
