May Puttarat and Nui Maneewan came from northern Thailand by way of eighteen years running restaurants in Indiana, and opened this dining room on South Federal Highway near Hillsboro Boulevard. The wide noodles for the drunken noodles are made by hand, the chef's own pick of the menu. Pad Thai arrives heavy with plump grilled shrimp; pineapple fried rice and the curries fill out the Thai side. The sushi counter turns out the Beachside spicy tuna roll, red dragon, lobster tempura and a spider roll built on soft-shell crab. Krab rangoon, spring rolls and peanut-sauce chicken satay start the meal.
