North Temple Avenue, open until eleven six nights a week, which in Starke actually matters. Beef 'O' Brady's runs a full bar and a party room here, with burgers at five ninety-nine on Mondays and wings the rest of the week: traditional or boneless, a dozen sauces, five dry rubs. The menu keeps going through OMG burgers, pressed Tampa Cubans, Philly cheesesteaks, buffalo chicken wraps, street tacos, quesadillas, comfort bowls, hand-breaded chicken tenders, ten-inch artisan pizzas, a six-ounce sirloin steak and beer-battered cod. Kids eat off their own list, treat included. Cheesecake or a warm lava cookie finishes the night.
