Beezer Eats! is a Central Florida food trailer launched in June 2025 by chef Forrest Young and his wife Beth, and its whole idea is collision. Smoked and fried spare ribs come dusted in harissa. Dim-sum dumplings are filled with smoked birria and served with jus for dipping. Mojo pork tacos and pork belly sit beside them. The sandwiches go big: the Firebird stacks smoked chicken thigh with jalapeno honey and Nashville hot dust, the Patriot is chopped brisket and ranch slaw, and an inside-out grilled cheese arrives with gazpacho for dipping.
