- Sing Like Dave: 5.4% ABV. Soured in a barrel; a braggot conditioned with cardamom, sumac and chamomile.
- Toasty Nord Braggot: 7% ABV. Bocheted spiced blackberry honey, Amber base with Cardamom, grains of paradise, cinnamon & nutmeg.
- Nog Dessert Beer: 10.2% ABV. Brewed with Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg and Milk Sugar.
- Millions of Peaches: 7% ABV. Lighter winter style beer.
