BENEDICTS – Restaurant

The Park Boulevard room is Benedict's in its home city, a Pinellas Park diner that opens at seven and hands the room over to breakfast until three. Order the traditional benedict or push further into florentine, corned beef hash, country sausage or avocado. Griddle work is serious here: short stacks, full stacks, Belgian and fruit waffles, cinnamon roll French toast. Egg sandwiches and the Z wrap suit a hurried morning. Come lunchtime there are Greek and power salads, a homemade quiche, the super patty melt and a Philly cheese steak. Consistency, at diner prices, is the whole selling point here.
