BENTO – Restaurant

Quick-casual pan-Asian on West Sand Lake Road in the Rialto Plaza, on the edge of Restaurant Row: order at the counter, pick a seat, and the food is brought over to you. Bento builds to a formula, choosing rice, lo mein, udon, fried rice or a bento box, then a protein and a treatment. Grilled gochujang chicken with yum yum sauce, Mongolian in sweet hoisin, hot basil pork, General Tso and sriracha garlic sauce-and-toss, red and Thai yellow curries, drunken noodles, pad Thai. Sushi rolls, poke bowls and boba teas too. Open until ten on weeknights, later at the weekend.
