The entree board reads like a Port-au-Prince kitchen: griot, the fried pork that regulars order first; tassot cabrit, goat fried or stewed in sauce; whole red snapper; oxtail; conch in creole sauce; fried turkey; and boulette, meatballs seasoned with the house spice blend. Legumes brings vegetables braised with meat. Acra de malanga, fritters made from root vegetables, start things off. Diners keep returning for the depth of the seasoning and the sheer size of the fish.
