BIEN CHIDO – Restaurant

Street-style Mexican at fast-casual speed, on West Broward Boulevard in Plantation. Bien Chido builds tacos nine ways — al pastor with pineapple, carne asada, carnitas, chorizo, barbacoa, birria with consomme, plus shrimp and fish — then repeats those fillings across burritos, tortas, tostadas, sopes and gorditas. Entrees run to arracherra, quesabirria tacos, enchiladas and a chicken salad; starters mean nachos, quesadillas and flautas de pollo. Breakfast is huevos rancheros, huevos a la mexicana, huevos con chorizo. Churros and paletas close it out. Taco Tuesday puts two tacos and a drink together cheap. Founder Julian brought the idea down from Chicago.
