Bowls are assembled to order with New York steak, chicken, colossal fried shrimp or filet mignon over egg fried rice and mixed vegetables, and a triple hibachi puts steak, chicken and shrimp on one plate. Jasmine rice, teppanyaki noodles, chicken and vegetable dumplings, Asian-style buns and signature salads round it out, with house, black pepper, yum-yum, Thai chili and teriyaki sauces.
