Tucked into the Indialantic Shopping Center on North Miramar Avenue, Big Island builds burritos big enough to justify the name. The Xtreme is the format: a large flour tortilla, mixed cheese, yellow rice, black beans, pico de gallo and creamy chipotle, then a protein chosen from taco meat, chicken, pork, barbacoa, shaved ribeye, shrimp or mahi mahi. Named builds do the rest of the work, among them the Cubano with smoked pork and red cabbage, the pressed Surf and Turf, the vegetarian Cabo, the Asian Explosion and the South Padre drowned in chili. Sundays open early and add breakfast burritos.
