BISTRO 103 – Restaurant
The full-service restaurant just off the lobby of a Hialeah Gardens hotel, doing an unglamorous job well from seven in the morning until ten at night. Breakfast runs as a buffet or a la carte; dinner is classic American, with appetisers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and a daily special. The bar handles cocktails, beer and wine for anyone over twenty-one, and children twelve and under eat free. The room is bright, contemporary and warm rather than corporate, built for families as much as for travellers. Nobody here calls it a destination. It is open, it is close, and it delivers.
