A Parañaque coffee shop that does not really bother with a closing time. Bitter Momma started as home brewing, graduated to a bazaar coffee cart, and now runs two cafes in the city, the flagship upstairs in the S&M Building on Dona Soledad Avenue Extension. Drinks lean cold and sweet: iced Spanish latte, lotus biscoff iced latte, a strawberry fizz for anyone skipping coffee, and a rotating bench of specialty frappes. Dogs are welcome. There are board games, free wifi, outlets within reach and building parking. Students, night workers and long conversations fill it at hours nothing else is open.
