BLENDED TRIO – Restaurant

A Tampa Bay food truck that mixes three kitchens on one menu: Caribbean first, with American and Italian threaded through. Oxtail comes braised until it slides off the bone, over Spanish yellow rice and sweet plantains. Jerk chicken is marinated two days and smoked over pimento wood. Irie wings arrive in a house guava barbecue sauce, and the same sauce turns up on pulled chicken sliders with passion fruit slaw. Rasta pasta runs vegetarian, coconut alfredo over roasted seasonal vegetables. Loaded fries take steak, shrimp or chicken. There is no dining room, so check where the truck is parked first.
