CAFE BETTY'S – Restaurant

Cafe Betty's is a mobile coffee trailer based in Lutz, rolling to stops across the Greater Tampa Bay area rather than working from a fixed storefront. The crew pulls espresso and lattes alongside a rotating case of scratch-made treats built around hand-rolled cinnamon rolls and a banana pudding regulars keep asking for by name. Stops are posted a day or two ahead on social media, and popular items are known to sell out before the announced end time, evidence of the following the trailer has built around the region. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, it trades wherever the schedule sends it.
