BLU OCEAN GRILLE – Restaurant

Blu Ocean Grille sits inside the Encore at Tradition community in Port St. Lucie and is open to the public, a modern American dining room with a lounge and a tiki bar attached. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all run here. The kitchen keeps things broad and comfortable: jumbo wings with poppyseed slaw, Wisconsin cheese curds, crispy calamari, lobster and shrimp bisque, baja tacos with blackened cod. Handhelds bring a patty melt, a Chicago reuben and a grilled cheese short rib sandwich. Steaks are Creekstone Farms strip and filet. Quinoa and shrimp power bowls balance it out. Relaxed, unhurried, and easy.
