BLU' STEAKHOUSE – Restaurant
Blu' Steakhouse opened on Harrison Street in downtown Hollywood and swings for the top of the market: prime cuts, American and Australian wagyu, and a caviar list running Siberian to Oscietra sturgeon. Bone marrow is fired tableside with cognac and garlic confit; a Yorkshire pudding sloppy Joe and a tartare trio of salmon, yellowfin and wagyu open the meal. Then prime filet, a 28-ounce porterhouse, a 32-ounce tomahawk, bone-in ribeye au poivre, or a 55-ounce wagyu tomahawk built for the table. Chef Javi Cano also sends out lamb chops with pear risotto. The room opens Wednesday through Saturday, evenings only.
