BLUE LAGOON SALOON – Restaurant
A no-frills roadside saloon on US 27 north of Sebring, built around cold beer, big screens and a kitchen that punches above the room. Wings and burgers are the anchors, but the seafood is what regulars talk about: oysters, conch fritters, peel-and-eat shrimp, fish and chips, and tacos off a menu that leans Gulf rather than generic bar food. Doors open at eleven and stay open late, which makes it as much a post-shift stop as a dinner spot. Laid-back, unpretentious, and full of locals who clearly treat it as their own. Sebring's own version of a proper dive bar.
