Croquetas, mariquitas, tamales and empanadas start things; then come vaca frita, palomilla steak, churrasco and whole fried snapper. Specials rotate by weekday — chicken fricassee, fried pork chunks, shredded beef, pork steak. The sandwich board runs from a classic Cubano to the house Sebring Sub, the Tripleta and a proper pan con lechón. There's a bakery case on the way out and a second kitchen up in Avon Park. Cuban cooking without the tourist markup.
