A Latin-leaning health cafe a few blocks from the Gulf on Anna Maria Island, built for people who want to eat properly between beach days. Mornings bring arepas, empanadas, tequenos, waffles, bagels and parfaits. Later it turns to paninis pressed on artisanal ciabatta with chicken, tuna or vegetables, wraps and quesadillas available gluten-free, and pizza on a rice-flour base. Acai, dragon fruit, oat and coconut sorbet bowls come piled high. The juice bar presses green blends and fruit juices to order, alongside smoothies, protein shakes and ginger shots. Vegan, gluten-free and organic options run through the menu. Family-run and unfussy.
