A Southern California transplant on Anna Maria Island, Los Chiludos Fresh Mexican Grill runs its counter at 3232 East Bay Drive in Holmes Beach, having brought Jose and Tera Lemus's 2008 concept to Florida in 2022. Everything is built to order: al pastor and carnitas tacos, fish and shrimp versions, a cauliflower taco for the vegetable crowd, and burritos ranging from the California to the Surf N Turf and the Chilango.
