Boathouse Sushi Bar works West 60th Street in Hialeah, a compact operation trading on freshness rather than fuss. The menu splits into classic rolls and Boathouse rolls, and the second list is where the kitchen shows off: Boathouse Salmon, Zen Garden, Tokyo Prestige, Mila, Miami Heat and the Perfect Bite, alongside crispy rice with tuna, appetisers, special fried rice, sides and dessert. Hours skew late, opening early afternoon and running to eleven, or midnight at weekends. Customers keep returning for the quality of the fish and the portion for the price.
