On the corner of Wiles Road and State Road 7 in Coral Springs, a Korean-leaning bubble tea cafe whose owner reportedly visited more than two hundred boba shops before opening his own. Matcha is the house obsession: taro matcha latte, strawberry, mango, a dirty version topped with espresso, and coconut matcha built on coconut water. Elsewhere, brown sugar and strawberry milk teas, passion fruit tea, peach lemonade refresher, mango coco sago with grapefruit pulp and coconut jelly. Street eats carry it past drinks: tteokbokki, buldak ramen, beef dumplings, Korean corn cheese, cheese corn dogs, truffle edamame. Macarons, mochi ice cream.
