BODEGUITA ECHATE PA LLA – Restaurant

A Spanish table in Doral built around rice: seafood paella loaded with prawns, shrimp, clams, mussels, fish and fresh squid over Spanish rice and sofrito, plus a creamy arroz with chicken and shrimp for anyone who wants it wetter. Croquetas start things off. The team behind it, two partners and a chef, set out to make Doral feel briefly like Spain, and the live music does most of that work, with a flamenco tablao running through the room. Free parking, closed Mondays, open midday to nine midweek and late on Friday and Saturday. Family crowds, long tables, plenty of noise.
