A Turkish and Mediterranean kitchen off West Miami Avenue in Venice, trading since 2017 and open seven days a week on a single long shift. Start with the mezze: hummus, babaganush, ezme sharp with peppers and walnuts, kisir, carrot taratore, a mashed potato dip with dill and yogurt, and the chef's pistachio bomb. Sigara borek and grilled sucuk arrive hot. Then the charcoal does the talking, with adana kebab, kofte, chicken shish, New Zealand lamb chops, iskender under tomato and yogurt sauces, and a mixed grill. Salmon, swordfish and halibut cover the fish. Baklava, rice pudding, or tartufo to end.
