BOHEMIAN – Restaurant

Downtown Bonita Springs keeps its chef-driven dining room on Old 41 Road, inside the Entrada center, opened by Brandon Schewe and his wife, Caitlin Emery. The kitchen builds a sharable, globally minded card: cold-water oysters and layered seafood towers, tiger's milk ceviche, crispy chicken chicharrones, lobster buns, shrimp and grits, and wood-fired flatbread with house lamb sausage and feta. Grilled stone-fruit burrata comes with ciabatta toast and onion ash; a deconstructed banh mi carries smoked short rib; steaks arrive with Japanese sweet potatoes. Service runs evenings only, five until ten daily, with a full bar and a summer happy hour.
