Twenty-odd seats in a Little Haiti strip plaza, and one of the harder tables in Miami to land. Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer have run Boia De since 2019, cooking progressive Italian off a menu that turns with the season and pairing it with a wine list built for people who actually read wine lists. Potato skins come loaded with stracciatella, caviar and hard-boiled egg. Clams are baked with nduja; polenta meets eggplant; pappardelle is dressed with rabbit and rosemary; lamb ribs land on urfa yogurt with cucumber. It holds a Michelin star. Small room, serious cooking, and no ceremony.
