On West Indiantown Road, this Jupiter branch of the Florida born bowl chain builds lunch and dinner one line at a time. Choose a base, whether chopped kale salad, forbidden black rice, Asian sweet potato noodles or pesto noodles, then add garlic broccoli, chilled street corn, maple sweet potatoes or the power bean medley. Proteins run to teriyaki chicken, rotisserie chicken thigh, garlic pepper steak, roasted coho salmon and miso glazed tofu, finished with ginger turmeric or cilantro lime vinaigrette. Signature builds such as the Avocado Citrus Bol and the Teriyaki Zen Bowl exist. The entire menu is gluten free.
