Start with jasmine rice, forbidden black rice, chopped kale salad, pesto noodles or naked artisan greens, then layer on garlic broccoli, cucumber tomato medley, chilled street corn or maple sweet potatoes. Proteins include lemon chicken, teriyaki chicken, garlic pepper steak, roasted coho salmon and miso glazed tofu. Toppings run from pickled red onions and toasted almonds to fresh avocado and feta. Every item on the board is gluten free. Diners praise the portions, the price and how quickly the line moves.
