The Doral branch of Bombay Darbar sits on NW 53rd Street, carrying the same kitchen the brand built in Coconut Grove into an area better known for offices than for tandoors. The menu holds its northern centre of gravity while making room for Goan heat. Butter chicken arrives in a creamy tomato and cashew gravy, chicken tikka masala stays the default order, and lamb vindaloo brings the fire. Saag gosht, mango chicken curry and lamb roganjosh fill out the rest, with garlic naan the near-automatic side. Delivery and catering both run from here. Order the lamb vindaloo if you dare.
