Korean fried chicken, double-fried until the crust cracks, is the whole point at Bonchon's Town Center Parkway room in Jacksonville. Chicken arrives as wings, drumsticks, strips, boneless or a mixed combo, brushed in soy garlic, spicy, Korean BBQ or yangnyeom, or left as classic crunch. Around it sits a full Korean comfort card: bibimbap, bulgogi, japchae, tteokbokki, house fried rice and udon noodle soup. Start with sotteok sotteok, a Mopo corndog or bao buns. Korean street corn and pickled radish handle the sides, sugared Korean donuts the finish. Lunch specials, party bundles for groups, and a later close at weekends.
