BONCHON – Restaurant

Waterford Lakes gets its Korean fried chicken from the Bonchon on North Alafaya Trail, where the birds are fried twice and lacquered in soy garlic or spicy sauce. Wings, drumsticks, strips and boneless all come the same way, with Korean BBQ and yangnyeom widening the choice. Mondays and Tuesdays bring dollar wings for anyone eating in. The rest of the menu is broad Korean comfort food: bibimbap, bulgogi, buldak, japchae and house fried rice, with potstickers, bao buns and Korean tacos to open. Kimchi, pickled radish and Korean street corn sit alongside. The kitchen runs to eleven on weekend nights.
