Boston University Hillel runs its kosher dining room, branded Fresh Fuel, on the third floor of 213 Bay State Road, and posts an unusual policy for a campus kitchen: weekday lunch, 11:30am to 2pm, is open to the public, not gated to meal-plan holders. The line works display-cooking stations rather than a single steam table, split between a vegan kosher kitchen and a separate kosher meat kitchen under KVH Kosher supervision.
