BOUNCE SPORTING CLUB – Restaurant

A beachside sports-bar concept on SE 3rd Avenue in Delray Beach: 5,200 square feet, twenty LED screens plus an LED wall, a two-sided chandelier overhead, thirty-seven bar stools and a handful of tables on the patio outside. The kitchen is no afterthought. Bang bang shrimp with rice noodles and togarashi, hot honey chicken sliders, chile con carne nachos and tuna poke nachos open the night; bone-in wings arrive tossed in Bounce BBQ, sticky Thai chili or guava habanero. Then the Bounce Beach Burger, a charred ahi tuna sando, blackened mahi tacos, a warm cookie skillet. Doors stay open until two.
