BOWL CENTRAL – Restaurant

Everything here is organic, vegan and dairy-free, which sounds like a constraint until you read the board. The Central Avenue shop in Naples blends acai with blueberries, strawberries, banana and almond butter, or pitaya with pineapple and coconut water, then finishes the bowl with granola, hemp hearts, coconut shreds and raw local honey. The house nut butters include cinnamon almond, coconut cashew and Nutellove. Smoothies lean on spirulina, dates and cold brew coffee. Matcha comes lavender, cinnamon or lemonade, poured on tap beside kombucha and chai. Fresh Thai coconuts get cracked to order. Doors open at eight, close at five.
