A North Dale Mabry fixture in Carrollwood, this branch of the Tampa-born craft beer chain keeps well over a hundred taps and bottles turning, heavy on Florida brewers like Coppertail, BarrieHaus, Florida Avenue and 81Bay, beside the house Golden Truth lager. Food is built for sharing: mac 'n cheese bites, roasted buffalo cauliflower, loaded tots with brisket, pork quesadillas, wing baskets and pizza by the slice, with separate lunch, happy hour and late-night cards. Trivia runs every Monday evening, prizes included. Bourbon and spirits get their own list, which tells you how seriously the bar takes the back shelf too.
