BRASS TAP – Restaurant
The Sunlake outpost on State Road 54 keeps around eighty-five taps and bottles going alongside wine and cocktails, and it schedules itself like a neighbourhood clubhouse. Trivia runs Thursday evenings, live music takes Friday, happy hour lands late weekday afternoons, and teachers get a discount on Friday afternoons. The food is shareable by design: gourmet pretzels with beer cheese, wings, tater tots, flatbreads and sliders in Angus, prime rib and tempura chicken versions. Doors open at half eleven, so lunch works here too. Sport plays quietly on all the screens. Less a beer bar you visit than one you join.
