Bravo Kosher Pizza – Restaurant
A kosher dairy pizzeria on West Broadway in Hewlett, this is the Five Towns branch of a New York pizza brand that turned kosher and kept opening doors. Slices run round or Sicilian, plain or loaded: vodka fresh mozzarella, penne alla vodka, baked penne, mac and cheese, Caesar or Greek salad piled on the crust, eggplant with fresh mozzarella, and buffalo, ranch or barbecue cauliflower. Garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, spinach and broccoli calzones, fettuccine alfredo and eggplant parmesan fill out the board. On Fridays the shutters come down at four. Saturday night it reopens at nine and runs until one.
