BREAKERS WEST COUNTRY CLUB – Restaurant

Come evening the Grille Room at this Flagler Parkway club turns into a proper dinner room, with Friday Bistro Night taken by reservation and themed dinners moving into the renovated Royal Palm Ballroom. The kitchen plates jumbo lump crab cakes with chive remoulade, tuna tostadas under scallion crema, sweet chilli Manchurian cauliflower and warm Parker House rolls to start. Mains run to maple miso glazed salmon on fragrant rice, braised short ribs in burgundy, cast iron chicken with a potato latke, chicken marsala over parmesan polenta and a New York strip. Eighteen holes first, then sit down for three courses.
