A house dating to around 1900 sits on the Indian River with a deck and waterfront bar catching the breeze off the water. The kitchen cooks old Florida with Caribbean and Spanish inflections: house smoked fish dip and crispy empanadas to open, then mojo seared grouper, Florida cioppino built on shellfish, seasonal seared scallops, Florida etouffee, glazed pork belly mac and wagyu smash.
